How to handle a crisis

We all know that technology is not completely binary, and with humans involved in creating the algorithms, anything is possible.

Recently, Eletronic Arts launched one of their flagship games for the year: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08. One player found a glitch in the system and pointed a situation called the “Jesus Shot”. Here is the video:

Eletronic Arts decided to turn the situation into a positive buzz campaign. Here is there response:
